Saved By The Bells Bookkeeping
The Project
Saved By The Bells is a full-service accounting firm based in the Tri-Cities of British Columbia. Specializing in serving small and medium-sized business owners, especially in the medical and service industries, Saved By The Bells provides clear, timely, and trustworthy financial counsel.
Their goal is to empower clients with clarity and control over their finances. However, despite their expertise, Saved By The Bells had yet to establish a strong online presence that reflects their professional, client-centric approach.
To address this, they reached out to us to create a cohesive brand identity and a landing page that would serve as the first step toward building a stronger online presence and attracting more potential clients.

The Challenge
Saved By The Bells faced the challenge of re-defining their brand. The owners needed a clear framework for the future of their business. This included defining their vision, mission, core values, brand personality, and tone of voice.
Additionally, they needed to position themselves as a trusted and professional accounting firm in a competitive market. The website needed to reflect their values and resonate with their target audience: small business owners, medical professionals, and service industry specialists.
The Goal
The goal was to develop a strong brand identity that aligned with Saved By The Bells’s vision to empower business owners by reducing stress and providing clarity through expert bookkeeping services. The branding needed to clearly communicate their mission to simplify financial management for small and medium-sized businesses.
We needed to design a professional website that would serve as a one-page, scrolling landing page, optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile, with a clear call to action for visitors to book a discovery call, setting the stage for future growth with the potential for expansion into additional sections like resources or a blog.
The Process
01 | DISCOVERY + RESEARCH:
We started with a discovery phase, including meetings with the client to understand their vision, goals, and target audience. We also conducted a competitive analysis of other bookkeeping and accounting companies to determine best practices and opportunities for differentiation. This helped us craft a strategy that aligned with their goals and market needs.
02 | BRAND IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT:
We defined the company’s vision, mission, and core values, then created a visual identity that reflects their professionalism and trustworthiness. The logo features a combination of script-style “SBB” and the brand name, complemented by a sophisticated color palette of blue, ivory, and gold/bronze. The typography is bold yet approachable, ensuring the brand is friendly and professional.
03 | WEBSITE DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT:
We designed a sleek, one-page scrolling website on Squarespace, optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop. The site includes a clear call-to-action (CTA) to encourage visitors to book a discovery call. We focused on creating a user-friendly experience that enhances the brand's message and drives conversions.
04 | BRAND STYLE GUIDE + LAUNCH:
A comprehensive brand style guide was created to maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials. After testing and final revisions, we launched the website, with ongoing support provided to address any post-launch issues.
The Outcome
The result of this project was a brand-new visual identity and website that truly represents Saved By The Bells' expertise and professionalism.
Strong Brand Identity: The new logo, color palette, and typography all work cohesively to establish a professional and approachable brand. The visual identity now reflects the trust and clarity Saved By The Bells offers to their clients.
Effective One-Page Website: The one-page landing page is engaging, easy to navigate, and responsive across devices. It serves as an effective marketing tool that encourages potential clients to contact Saved By The Bells and book a discovery call.
Growth Potential: The website is designed to be scalable, with the potential for future expansion into additional sections like a blog, resources, or even a client portal.
